ECS’
Proprietary Mid-Office technology “SNAP SHOT”
captures 100% of your active hotel, car, leisure, tour,
cruise and other non-air segments from the GDS’ point
of sale. This includes passive, modified and cancelled segments,
which enhances data integrity while enriching your operation’s
reporting and data integrity. ECS’ “SNAP SHOT”
combined with the quality stay data via our services partner’s
results in a tangible increase in the matching of booked
data and actual “stay data”. By posting the individual
payment items against the actual booking segments it has
a dramatic effect on CTS’ ability to increase file
matching which in turn has a direct, positive impact on
commission recovery and reconciliation results.
In
addition, ECS integrates your data with the services offered
by our contracted strategic consolidation services. With
the CTS/ECS program Dell provides a comprehensive portfolio
of hotels that participate in the electronic consolidated
payment component of our integrated service offering. The
direct access to the hotel property management systems,
consolidated electronic payments from over 65,000 major
hotels and chains are available. The CTS/Dell integrated
program service provides the most comprehensive fully integrated
program available in the industry today.
