• Advanced File Matching and Reconciliation – With ECS’ proprietary software “SNAP SHOT” combined with the quality stay data via our services partner’s results in a tangible increase in the matching of booked data and actual “stay data”. By posting the individual payment items against the actual booking segments it has a dramatic effect on the increase in file matching which in turn has a direct, positive impact on commission recovery and reconciliation results.
  
  
• Commission Tracking and Recovery Management– All un-reconciled bookings/transactions are tracked sixty days after guest check out. At this point, if the file does not indicate payment activity, the hotel is invoiced and provided with the associated reservations documentation. This process is repeated again at 90 and then 120 days as necessary. The “3X” invoicing and dunning process has resulted in significantly higher revenue recovery. These revenues are always directed to the travel services provider. This process will also have a tangible impact on the data integrity of your Company internal profitability and management reporting programs as well as client specific requirements.
