Paul G Hoffmann, President and CEO:
As former President of CNG, U.S.A. Mr. Hoffmann saw the potential and opportunity of a newly developed technology that would offer a clear impact in the resolution of a decades old industry challenge, Hotel Commission reconciliation and recovery. In the development and implementation of this technology over four years ago, ECS’ increasing market penetration and business approach is quickly changing the process in the first “end to end” business solution in the area of commission consolidation, segment capture, reconciliation, tracking, dunning, recovery and reporting. Included in Mr. Hoffmann’s diverse thirty years experience in the travel industry prior of acquiring CNG USA, six years ago he was a member of the Tzell Travel Group’s Executive Team. There he directly oversaw Tzell’s technology and Internet development as well as implementation of potential strategic alliances to foster Tzell’s growth initiative. Previous experiences also include travel technology and automation. From the early days as a Marketing Automation Service Specialist at Sabre to the Chief Operating Officer of a premier travel industry software developer Automated Travel Systems, creator of product such as ResFAX, ResMAIL, EasyFEE and ResQCX. There he participated as a member for two terms with the NBTA (National Business Travel Association) Travel Technology Committee providing session concepts and best practices agenda’s for the Association’s Annual National Conference. In addition to being one of ATS’ founding members and an equity partner, Paul also served as President and C.O.O. of Carrier Travel Management Services an $80M corporate travel agency headquartered in New York City. In addition to travel technology and agency management, the scope of Paul’s professional background extends to positions in airport operations, airline passenger sales as well as incentive and motivation program design.
